Originally hailing from North America, my professional career began in Ontario as a part time sales associate and key holder at various retail outlets from fashion industry like ALDO and JACOB to name a few where I was responsible for efficient day to day operations with primary concentration on sales and customer service.
I had the privilege of working with top fashion retail brands like PEGABO –a division of ALDO GROUP and GUESS CANADA CORPORATION (Guess and Marciano) at managerial and corporate positions for a span of 15 years where I had the opportunity to undertake human resource management as a part of my job profile. Thorough dedication and resourceful experience enabled me to earn various titles and accolades at PEGABO like Manager of the Year (2000) and Best Sales Increase (2001) to mention some.
These work experiences played an important role in polishing my interpersonal and customer relations skills. Working with various organizations and people leveraged my leadership qualities and strengthened my planning, analyzing and management abilities. All the career achievement so far had been put to best use when I took over as a Vice President (Sales & Operations) at ARROW BOX PACKAGING which is a Branding, Packaging and Marketing Agency. Although the jump from Fashion Industry to a Marketing Agency was unconventional, I had been efficient in taking the organization to new heights and have currently associated with the organization as Business Partner.
In March 2009, I came up with NeGandhi Marketing & Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in Canada. Greatly satisfied international clients & the gained experience gave me the confidence to tap the international business opportunity offered in the growing economy and expertise of India and hence I decided to go back to my roots and expanded NeGandhi Marketing & Consulting Pvt. Ltd in December 2010 in India. At NeGandhi Marketing I have worked with various clients in India/ Canada / UK on different projects and have helped them optimize their business in the marketplace resulting in 100 % success rate. Along with my team I have been efficiently able to understand their needs, optimize results and give them a good value for money for my Canadian clients.
